1. How can I deposit money?

There are three ways to deposit funds to your account: credit card, wire transfers and Neteller.
If you’re going to use the wire transfer method, we could provide you with the bank details for settlement account in one of our partner banks (including Russian banks).
By your request we could also provide you with the bank details for completing an operation of funding your trading account from a corporate account in your bank (Ltd/LLC or Sole Proprietor).

2. How can I withdraw money from my account?

The withdrawal method depends on the deposit method you chose while funding your account. They have to be the same.

In order to complete the withdrawal request, you need to go to the “My Account” section and choose the Withdrawal option.

3. Are there any limitations while managing my money?

You are the only person who has an unlimited access to your funds 24/7. It applies to using your funds for a trading as well as withdrawal process.

4. Is there a fee to withdraw funds?

One withdrawal per month is free of charge, whilst every additional withdrawal of that month will be accompanied by a fee of $30.

5. How fast can I withdraw my money?

It depends on your account type and usually takes 3-5 business days.

6. How secure is trading with FXinvesting?

Fxinvesting uses the internationally accepted security system SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that encrypts all credit card payments over the internet. If your browser does not support this automatic system, you will receive an instant notification.

7. Why am I receiving a credit card error while depositing?

In the event that you receive an error message while attempting to make a deposit, please ensure that your credit card is suitable for international use and/or online transactions. You can verify this by contacting the call-centre of your bank using the phone number on the back of your card.

If you receive an error message several times, please note that your credit card company may have temporarily blocked your card for security purposes. For queries regarding the latter issue, please contact the number on the back of your card

8. What is the minimal withdrawal amount?

The minimal amount for withdrawal via credit/debit card is 30 in your chosen currency. The minimal amount for withdrawal via wire transfer is 100 in your chosen currency.

9. What is KYC policy?

In order to provide maximum security for our clients, we adhere to a KYC (Know Your Client) policy. Please, note that FXinvesting stands against any fraudulent activity and supports the fight against money laundering, which implies that you have to provide certain documents within 48 hours. FXinvesting now has policies in place to deter people from laundering money including:
• ensuring clients have valid proof of identification
• maintaining records of identification information
• determining that clients are not known or suspected terrorists by checking their names against lists of known or suspected terrorists
• informing clients that the information they provide may be used to verify their identity
• closely following clients’ money transactions
• Not accepting cash, money orders, third party transactions, exchange houses transfers or Western Union transfers.
From time to time FXinvesting requires from a customer an additional proof of identity such as notarized copy of passport or other means of identity verification as deemed necessary circumstances.
